Two internationally-recognized experts, Alan Hoffman and Peter Midgley recently made a presentation to MCA's membership on Bus Rapid Transit, a way of using dedicated "Busways," high-tech vehicles, special elevated platforms, tube stations, and a braid of hopscotching parallel routes offering both local and express service, that convert bus transit to something of an above-ground Metro experience.
